The Luco – AMD Total RNA Extraction Kit is a simple and efficient system for extraction of total RNA from mammalian cultured cells, tissue, human blood cells, bacteria, yeast and insects. The kit uses a silica-based membrane technology in the form of a convenient spin column, reducing time and complexity of procedure. A fast procedure taking around 20 minutes yielding purified RNA that can be used in PCR, qPCR, Southern blotting and enzymatic reactions.
