The AMD LUCO Blood Genomic DNA Extraction Kit is a rapid and efficient way of extracting high quality genomic DNA from whole blood and other bodily fluids. The kit uses silica-based membrane technology in the form of a convenient spin column, reducing time and complexity of procedure. A fast procedure taking around 20 minutes yielding purified DNA that can be used in PCR, qPCR, Southern blotting and enzymatic reactions.
