Designed for use with all types of sequence-specific probes, the SATO qPCR Master mix includes hydrolysis probe detection, FRET probes, and Molecular Beacons. The SATO qPCR Master Mix contains a unique PCR buffer with a balanced combination of K+ and NH4+ ions, promoting specific primer annealing, enabling high PCR specificity and sensitivity. The Hot Start DNA Polymerase prevents the formation of nonspecific products. qPCR Master Mix also contains dUTP, allowing pre-treatment with uracil-N-glycosylase (UNG) prior to starting PCR, which ensures that any contaminating PCR products do not affect subsequent PCR reactions.
