SATO RT-qPCR Master Mix has a unique buffer containing a balanced combination of K+ and NH4+ ions that promotes highly specific annealing of primers and probes to the PCR template. Designed for use with all types of sequence-specific probes, this master mix includes hydrolysis probe detection, FRET probes, and Molecular Beacons. The Hot Start DNA Polymerase prevents the formation of nonspecific products. Our RT-qPCR Master Mix also contains dUTP, allowing pre-treatment with uracil-N-glycosylase (UNG) prior to starting PCR, which ensures that any contaminating PCR products do not affect subsequent PCR reactions.
