SATO – qPCR

Overview:

The SATO qPCR kit enables sensitive quantification of gDNA and cDNA targets using sequence-specific probes. The combination of a “Hot Start” DNA Polymerase and a unique PCR buffer system ensures a highly sensitive qPCR on any real-time thermocycler without the need for optimization

Product details:

Designed for use with all types of sequence-specific probes, the SATO qPCR Master mix includes hydrolysis probe detection, FRET probes, and Molecular Beacons. The SATO qPCR Master Mix contains a unique PCR buffer with a balanced combination of K+ and NH4+ ions, promoting specific primer annealing, enabling high PCR specificity and sensitivity. The Hot Start DNA Polymerase prevents the formation of nonspecific products. qPCR Master Mix also contains dUTP, allowing pre-treatment with uracil-N-glycosylase (UNG) prior to starting PCR, which ensures that any contaminating PCR products do not affect subsequent PCR reactions.
